SHIPPING
Delivery times vary across the country. Typical shipment times range between 3-8 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email that contains your tracking information.
Please carefully review your shipping address prior to placing your order as all shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for any shipping fees on returned products caused by any shipping address errors.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Even though we are extremely confident you will absolutely fall-in-love with Plain Nutrition products and what we stand for, we encourage you to try our sample packs before purchasing larger quantities.
All products (excluding sample packs) in their original, unopened condition may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. All returns will be less inital shipping cost and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please contact us within 15 days of your package delievery to ensure that we’ll be able to issue a refund or exchange
ORDER ISSUES
If you really don’t love our product, let us try to make it right. If we messed up, we will make it right. Plain & simple. If you have any problems with your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@plainnutrition.com
Please note Plain Nutrition products are handcrafted in small batches and as such may have slight variations of consistency, colour, appearance, or taste from batch to batch.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order has arrived damaged, please report it to us immediately within 48 hours of your order delivery at support@plainnutrition.com. We will require pictures of the damaged product in order to process your claim.
